The Blatina is a late-ripening variety that has a distinctive, appealing ruby-red colour and a unique bouquet. It produces fantastic results stored in oak barrels.

Food pairing: roasted lamb, venison, grilled fish, serve at temperature of 16-18 degrees
Oak: yes, usually 8-15 months in French and Hungarian oak
Alcohol: 12,5-14,5%
